Vounteer Staff EEF staff in the feild is formed by people as volunteering all over the world. They go into the inner land and find out Jews. It is difficult to find, because Russia is big, and Jews were scattered like banishment. Also means of transportions are not develped and not enough, so that even though they know where the Jews live, it is hard to get there. When volunteers found Jews, they show their love to them at first of all. Because they have been wounded and close their hearts to outsider living in inhuman society. So that sometimes it takes over weeks to build relationship with them. 　 Staff sing prases for departure 　 After they build confidential relationship with them, they share thier purpose that Jews in Russia have their own home land to return. It is not uncommon that they do not know the pormise of return in the Bible. Even if they decide to return, they have problem of formality of departure in Russia because of officialism. Then, volunteers help and encourage them practically and mentally. 　 At the port, returnee are welcom by smiles of volunteer staff. They are nurvous to remember their past and think of voyage future. Volunteers give encouragement to them.There transist camp at the port and have provision of food. The volunteers carry the baggages of returnees into the ship. 　 Faithful serving of EEF team show love for Jews. They are missionaries with taking acts, not words. EEF team carry baggages.
