One of priority things for today

There are 3 important key words, "Covenant, Land and People,"to know about Old Testament and God. That is a theme through Old Testament. From Adam, Abraham and Moses to today, God has been working to restore these 3 things. His plan will never change.

Take Adam for instance.The land had cursed-lost control of the land- for they ate the forbidden fruit-repeal of the covenent-, with result that they had to leave from the given land-dispersion.-

God puts the restore in the middle of His heart, and many christians who has tugged at His hertstrings stand to bless Israel.

Therefore, humanitarians assistance which is for fulfill God's purpose as His help is like indirect assistance to make restore of "Covenent, Land and People" easy.

Why it is indirect is because that we are not at liberty to work legally or directly for restore of the land - to change national border - or restore of the covenent - the Jewish peple belive in Jesus as their Messiah - becase we work with Israelite government.

But actually, to help return of them means not only humanitarians assistance but commitment to God's work directly.

There are direct mission and indirect mission to approach Jewish people. Our working is seemed as indirect mission through Gentile Christian's point of view.

But from God's point of view, it is not the matter of direct evangelism or indirect evangelism but the matter of how to have the "covenent, land and the People" restore.

Jewish people have been exsisting through history of despresion miraculously. And also the country of Israel has recovered miraculously.

But the country has recovered is not enough, because still many Jewish people have been scattered all over the world. Unless they come back to the land, God's purpose and restore of the covenent will not be fulfilled.

Holocaust survivor

Because Ezekiel 36:24-26 say;

For I will take you out of the nations ; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land. I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean ; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you ; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.

Restore of the covenent as Jewish people beleive in Messaiah is closely relate to return of them. So that our work is a great project which involved with God's priority work, directly.

And, to our amazement, we Christians are called for this task by name.

"But now I will send for many fishermen," declares the Lord., "and they will catch them."(Jeremiah 16:16)

Fishermen are simbolic of christians. God has told to fulfill His purpose, He will send christians in the end of the world. If so how can we reject it?

We will be able to do many good things with visions, but our priority is to accomplish the work which we are called to do by name.

The Bible also says, Gentiles are called for this work.

This is what the Sovereign Lord says: "See, I will beckon to the Gentiles, I will lift up my banner to the peoples ; they will bring your sons in their arms and carry your daughters on their shoulders. (Isaiah 49:22)

"And I, because of their actions and their imaginations, am about to come and gather all nations and tongues, and they will come and see my glory.

And they will bring all your brothers, from al the nations, to my holy mountain in Jerusakem as an offering to the Lord - on horses, in chariots and wagons, and on mules and camels, "says the Lord. (Isaiah 66:18-20)

For God's sake! This is written in the Old Testament, "God makes Gentiles, who did not know the Lord nor see the glory, stand up at the last day, and let them help to return of the Jews"
